Wondering what settings your laser engraves a material best at? Look no further! This file package will run your laser through a variety of power and speed tests to allow you to pinpoint the best setting!

This file package contains two Lightburn files that will test your laser at a variety of speeds and power settings to allow you to find the best engraving settings for your material.

The first file runs from 20-200 mm/s and a power range of 10%-100%. The second file runs from 175-400 mm/s and a power range of 10%-100%.

NOTE: The slower file is not recommended for combustible material due to the slow speeds. This file is intended to be used with materials such as metal, stone, glass, etc.

I consider this to be the most important set of test files and use them over and over again. These are my go-to files for use on my xTool D1 Pro and Gweike Cloud Pro CO2 lasers. I run these files for new materials, finishes, and suppliers. Don’t risk your expensive material to the wrong settings! This file package will run your laser at a variety of speeds and powers to help you find the best setting for cutting through materials on your laser.

This file package consists of three test files to allow you to run through a wide variety of materials and thicknesses with your laser. Speed ranges are: 3-7 mm/s, 8-12 mm/s, and 13-17 mm/s.
BONUS: Free xTool honeycomb bed hold down cut file! These little clamps hold your material secure and reduce problems associated with warped panels. Designed for the xTool honeycomb bed of 7mm spacing.
